I found this quote an a random blog I ran across the other day and I have had it stuck in my mind for a few days now. Such a great, honest truth.

Excellent, I like that a lot.
There are 2 that frequently come to mind for me on long training days:
Romans 5:3-5, We rejoice in our suffering because suffering produces endurance, and endurance proven character, and proven character, hope. And hope does not disappoint...
